Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy describes activities that are prohibited when using VAB PAY. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited businesses

• Illegal goods or services in your jurisdiction or your customer's jurisdiction.
• Adult content, weapons, controlled substances.
• Gambling, lotteries, or unlicensed financial services.
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
• Counterfeit goods or unauthorized intellectual property.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to breach platform security or bypass rate limits.
• Card testing or fraudulent transactions.
• Using stolen payment credentials.
• Misrepresenting your business or products.
