Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a VAB PAY account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your business.

3. Fees

Transaction fees and subscription pricing are listed on our pricing page. We may update fees with 30 days notice.

4. Payouts and processing time

Payouts are processed to your verified bank account. Processing time varies based on your country, payout method, and verification status. International transfers may take 2–7 business days.

Funds collected from customers are first received by VAB PAY and then transferred to you, net of platform fees. This intermediate step is required for compliance and reconciliation, and may add 1–3 business days to standard processing.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

6. Limitation of liability

VAB PAY is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
